Can you produce events at MIT or Harvard?

Yes. We coordinate with MIT Event Management and Harvard event offices for space access, rigging approvals, and AV requirements on both campuses.

Do you work with biotech companies in Kendall Square?

Can you handle events at the Royal Sonesta?

Yes. The Royal Sonesta is the primary corporate conference hotel in Cambridge. We work with their in-house team on AV augmentation and production management.

Can you handle multi-room conferences?

Yes. Most conferences we produce have a main ballroom plus four to twelve breakout rooms, each with synchronized A/V and recording. We assign a dedicated PM for shows above six rooms.

Do you carry insurance?

We carry general liability coverage. Additional insured certificates are available on request and typically turned around within 24 hours.

How far in advance do you need to be booked?

For conferences with more than 500 attendees, three to four weeks is the minimum comfortable window. For smaller events, one to two weeks is often workable. Call us for urgent timelines.
