Trade Shows event production — frequently asked

Can you handle exhibitor booth A/V at a trade show?

Yes. We deliver and install individual booth A/V packages — monitors, PA systems, lighting, and LED walls — per the exhibitor's booth design. Convention center labor is coordinated through our established relationships at Javits, BCEC, and other major venues.

Do you work both show management and individual exhibitors?

Yes. We operate in both lanes. For show management, we build and operate main stages, A/V packages, and general session environments. For exhibitors, we deliver booth-level A/V.

What's the lead time for trade show A/V?

Most trade show venues require advance shipping and labor orders three to six weeks out. The earlier the booth design is finalized, the cleaner the load-in. Last-minute orders are possible but premium-priced by the venue.

Can you handle LED walls on a trade show booth?

Yes. We stage P1.5 to P3.9 indoor LED panels for booth video walls, content servers, and live data feeds. Booth electrical and rigging are evaluated against the venue's exhibitor manual.
