Yes. We use event-grade non-slip vinyl rated to ASTM D2047 for slip resistance. It's the same category of material used for arena and stadium floor graphics. Guests can dance on it in any footwear — heels included — without slipping.
No. The adhesive is low-tack and floor-safe, designed to release cleanly without residue. We've installed on hardwood, portable dance floor systems, sealed concrete, and vinyl venue floors without incident. Sensitive floors get a compatibility test in an inconspicuous area first.
For a 20x20 floor, install runs about 60–75 minutes. A 30x30 floor with tiled seams runs 90–120 minutes. Removal is faster than install — usually 30–45 minutes.
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from final artwork approval. Rush turnaround at 5–7 business days is available with a rush fee. Complex designs or Pantone spot-color matching adds a couple of days to the prep side.
The vinyl is spill-resistant. Water, wine, and standard event spills wipe clean and don't affect adhesion. If a large volume of liquid sits on a seam for a long time, it can migrate under — but that's an edge case for normal event use.
Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution raster (300 DPI at final size, TIFF or PNG) works. If you only have low-res source or a rough sketch, we can produce the print-ready art from that starting point.
Yes. Pantone spot-color matching is available for brand-critical work. There's a print-prep step and a small cost bump, but the color match is production-grade.
The vinyl is a single-install material — once it's been down and peeled up, it doesn't reinstall cleanly. If you have a recurring event with the same floor size and design, we can re-print at cost for the recurring instance.
Both. We can supply a portable dance floor with the wrap pre-installed for a single-source delivery, or we can install the wrap on the venue's existing floor. Most weddings choose the portable floor route — the surface is cleaner and easier to prep than a venue's shared hardwood.
Anything from a small 12x12 up to 50x50 as a single wrap is straightforward. Larger than 50x50 gets tiled with matched seams — visible only up close. Non-rectangular shapes (circles, custom cutouts, T-shaped runways) are available with custom cutting.
