Yes. Multi-camera capture, ISO recording, simultaneous streaming to Zoom/Webex/Vimeo/YouTube, and a dedicated streaming engineer are all standard hybrid package components. We've supported events with 500 in-room attendees and 5,000+ remote viewers.
Line array PA tuned to the room, video switching with confidence monitors and program output, IMAG cameras and projection, lighting design that supports both general session and panel formats, wireless mic management, and full recording. Crew includes A1, A2, V1, lighting tech, and a dedicated PM.
Six to twelve weeks for a 200–500-person single-day conference is comfortable. Multi-day or 1,000+ attendee shows benefit from 3–6 months of lead time, particularly for venue-mandated CADs and labor commitments. Rush bookings inside 30 days are doable but compress the planning window.
