Product Launches event production — frequently asked

How do you approach the production design for a product launch?

Product launches are engineered reveals — every lighting cue, video transition, audio moment, and scenic element exists to frame the product. We start with the moment of reveal and design the technical package backward from there: rigging, LED wall sizing, lighting positions, audio coverage, and broadcast capture all serve the reveal.

Can you handle broadcast streaming and social capture from a product launch?

Yes. Multi-camera ISO with a dedicated broadcast engineer, simultaneous streaming to YouTube/social platforms, and a separate social capture team for behind-the-scenes content are standard launch packages. We've supported launches with 50M+ post-event streaming views.

How early do we need to start planning a product launch?

Three to six months is typical. The first 60 days are spent on creative direction, scenic design, and venue selection. The middle 60 days cover technical CADs, supplier confirmations, and rehearsals. The final month is on-site build, rehearsal, and run.

Do you handle press-event launches versus public-event launches differently?

Yes. Press events prioritize broadcast-quality reveal, perfect audio, and controlled photography lighting — typically 50–200 invitees with embargo controls. Public launches prioritize scale, brand environment, queue management, and attendee capture. Both require different gear lists and crew compositions.
