Film & TV Production event production — frequently asked

What kind of film and TV production A/V support do you provide?

On-set lighting (HMI, LED, tungsten), grip equipment, video village builds, playback, walkie systems, and broadcast-grade audio capture. We don't operate as a primary production company — we provide the A/V layer that supports the production team.

Can you support press junkets, talent interviews, and EPK shoots?

Yes. Junket interview rooms with controlled lighting, broadcast-grade audio capture, and multi-camera setups for syndicated press are routine. We've supported junkets for major studio releases in NYC and Boston with parallel interview rooms running simultaneously.

Do you handle wrap parties and premiere events?

Yes. Wrap parties and premieres are core event work — red carpet step-and-repeat lighting, photo lighting design, screening room A/V, and reception sound systems. The film/TV calendar is a major source of event volume in NY and Boston.

What about table reads, pitch presentations, and writer's room A/V?

Yes. Studio pitch presentations with broadcast-quality playback, table reads with proper audio capture for archive recording, and writer's room A/V are all in our regular rotation, particularly in NYC.
