A/V Equipment Rental — frequently asked

Can you handle multi-room conferences?

Yes. Most conferences we produce have a main ballroom plus four to twelve breakout rooms, each with synchronized A/V and recording. We assign a dedicated PM for shows above six rooms.

Do you carry insurance?

We carry general liability coverage. Additional insured certificates are available on request and typically turned around within 24 hours.

How far in advance do you need to be booked?

For conferences with more than 500 attendees, three to four weeks is the minimum comfortable window. For smaller events, one to two weeks is often workable. Call us for urgent timelines.

Can you handle union labor requirements?

Yes. We work with IATSE, IBEW, and Teamster labor in all applicable venues. Union minimums and jurisdictions are factored into your quote.

Do you provide AV operators or just the gear?

We provide both. Every package includes front-of-house engineer, monitor engineer (for shows with performers), video director, and an on-site PM. Gear without crew is not our model.

What if something breaks mid-show?

We stage backup gear on-site — spare wireless receivers, a backup console scene, spare projector or switcher. Our technicians resolve hardware issues invisibly during the program.

Can you record the event?

Yes. Multitrack audio recording, ISO video recording, and mixed master video deliverables are available. Post-production and edited highlight reels can be arranged through our network.

Do you work with the venue's in-house A/V team?

Yes. We coordinate with in-house A/V departments on signal routing, rigging points, and power allocation. In some venues we supplement in-house; in others we operate independently.
