Yes. Most conferences we produce have a main ballroom plus four to twelve breakout rooms, each with synchronized A/V and recording. We assign a dedicated PM for shows above six rooms.
We carry general liability coverage. Additional insured certificates are available on request and typically turned around within 24 hours.
For conferences with more than 500 attendees, three to four weeks is the minimum comfortable window. For smaller events, one to two weeks is often workable. Call us for urgent timelines.
Yes. We work with IATSE, IBEW, and Teamster labor in all applicable venues. Union minimums and jurisdictions are factored into your quote.
We provide both. Every package includes front-of-house engineer, monitor engineer (for shows with performers), video director, and an on-site PM. Gear without crew is not our model.
We stage backup gear on-site — spare wireless receivers, a backup console scene, spare projector or switcher. Our technicians resolve hardware issues invisibly during the program.
Yes. Multitrack audio recording, ISO video recording, and mixed master video deliverables are available. Post-production and edited highlight reels can be arranged through our network.
Yes. We coordinate with in-house A/V departments on signal routing, rigging points, and power allocation. In some venues we supplement in-house; in others we operate independently.
