Yes. UBS Arena productions involve coordination with SMG venue operations, union labor, and the arena's in-house technical team.
Yes. Most conferences we produce have a main ballroom plus four to twelve breakout rooms, each with synchronized A/V and recording. We assign a dedicated PM for shows above six rooms.
We carry general liability coverage. Additional insured certificates are available on request and typically turned around within 24 hours.
For conferences with more than 500 attendees, three to four weeks is the minimum comfortable window. For smaller events, one to two weeks is often workable. Call us for urgent timelines.
