Yes. We have experience with general sessions, exhibitor A/V, brand activations, and conference production at the BCEC and the Hynes Convention Center, including the venue labor relationships those properties require.
Yes. We support Harvard, MIT, BU, Northeastern, Tufts, BC, and the smaller Boston-area institutions with conference, commencement, alumni, and visiting-speaker production. Each school has its own procurement and AV-coordination process — we work through their standard channels.
Yes. We are fully insured and carry COIs accepted by BCEC, Hynes, the major Boston hotel ballrooms, the universities, and the Cape Cod venues. Additional-insured language naming the venue is included on every COI on request.
Yes. Outdoor corporate events, festivals, and brand activations across Boston Harbor, the Esplanade, the Common, and Cape Cod venues are routine work. Outdoor scope requires generators, ground protection, and weather contingency planning baked into the production timeline.
