Yes. We routinely produce employee meetings, town halls, and product launches at pharma and finance campuses across the I-78 corridor (Bridgewater, Warren, Whippany) and the I-287 belt. Most corporate campuses have their own security and dock protocols — we complete each campus's standard onboarding and certificate-of-insurance requirements.
Plan four to six weeks minimum for outdoor events that need municipal permits, generators, and ground protection. The Jersey Shore boardwalks (Asbury Park, Wildwood, Long Branch) each have their own permit timelines — we coordinate the production-side paperwork.
Yes. We are fully insured and carry COIs accepted by every major New Jersey convention center, casino, university, and corporate campus. Most New Jersey venues require additional-insured language naming the venue — we include that on every COI on request.
Yes. We handle commencements, alumni events, conferences, and visiting-speaker production at Princeton, Rutgers (New Brunswick and Newark), Stevens, NJIT, Seton Hall, and Montclair State. University procurement processes vary — we work through each school's standard purchasing channels.
